In 1708, the three brothers, who were descended from a noble family of Marchi, built a castle here in order to protect the island and the surrounding area from the Ottomans and the pirate.
The best part is that Split Airport is by the sea, and private transfers can be arranged by fast boats to the castle in just 45 minutes.
The hotel spans 1,500 square meters with nine luxurious suites, each offering complete privacy and stunning sea views. Each suite is named after historical figures linked to the castle’s history and features unique, restored furniture. The hotel combines traditional charm with modern, five-star comforts, including air-conditioned suites, a pool, sauna, steam bath, terraces, and a Mediterranean garden for a luxury holiday experience.

Special note for newlyweds
The 300 year old Castle and intimate pool terrace is great place for smaller parties and charming ceremonies. Also for more guests castle gives great combination of romantic restaurant place and party after that on swimming pool.
Ceremony and Dinner
Royal garden: Welcome cocktail and ceremony can be organized in stunning Mediterranean 5,000m² Garden on two floors.
Restaurant: The dinner continues on the restaurant terrace ( max 80 people ) or by the pool ( max 30 people) .
